Ăvod: DneĹĄnĂ trh nabĂzĂ uĹživatelĹŻm velkĂŠ mnoĹžstvĂ manuĂĄlnĂch zubnĂch kartĂĄÄkĹŻ lĂĄkavĂ˝ch barev, odliĹĄnĂ˝ch designĹŻ hlaviÄek, rukojetĂ, zastĹiĹženĂ a mÄkkosti vlĂĄken, ale i rozliÄnĂ˝ch cen. Je vĹĄak drahĂ˝, ekologickĂ˝ Äi pestrobarevnĂ˝ kartĂĄÄek kvalitnĂ nepoĹĄkozuje nĂĄs? KvalitnĂ je definovĂĄn jako kartĂĄÄek, kterĂ˝ svĂ˝mi vlĂĄkny dĂĄsnÄ ani tvrdĂŠ zubnĂ tkĂĄnÄ. Tato studie proto zamÄĹena na kvalitu opracovĂĄnĂ koncĹŻ vlĂĄken. CĂlem ÄtenĂĄĹi ukĂĄzat porovnat vlĂĄken ĹĄesti vĂ˝robkĹŻ prodĂĄvanĂ˝ch naĹĄem trhu. Metodika: Pro tuto studii bylo vybrĂĄno ĹĄest od rĹŻznĂ˝ch vĂ˝robcĹŻ: A. Curaprox 5460; B. Dr.Max PRO32 Extra soft 5400; C. Tepe Compact x - soft; D. Spokar X 5500 Ultrasoft; E. SOFTdent ECO F. Elmex Ultrasoft. KartĂĄÄky byly vybrĂĄny se stejnĂ˝mi parametry, rovnĂŠ mÄkkost Kvalita byla detekovĂĄna pomocĂ stereomikroskopie elektronovĂŠ mikroskopie. VĂ˝sledky: VybranĂŠ manuĂĄlnĂ kartĂĄÄky vykazujĂ velkou diskrepanci kvality nejen pĹi porovnĂĄvĂĄnĂ mezi pozorovanĂ˝mi kartĂĄÄky, kvalita nenĂ konzistentnĂ v rĂĄmci jednoho pozorovĂĄnĂ kartĂĄÄku. ZĂĄvÄr: PozorovĂĄnĂ jasnÄ prokĂĄzalo vĂ˝raznÄ vyĹĄĹĄĂ u kartĂĄÄku porovnĂĄnĂ s ostatnĂmi kartĂĄÄky.
